Refund policy
At S1N CARE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help with our straightforward refund policy.
Returns
You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
For skincare products, we understand that reactions can occur. If you experience an adverse reaction to a product, you may return it within the 14-day period even if gently used. Please contact our customer service for guidance in these cases.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons, including:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Intimate or sanitary goods, once opened
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange your item for a different product, please contact our customer service team within the 14-day return period. We'll be happy to assist you with the exchange process.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You may receive the credit within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Please note:
- The refund will include the price of the product only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@s1ncare.com. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and send you a replacement at no additional cost.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will not be reimbursed. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of value.

Processing Time
It usually takes 7 to 10 business days for processing returns and issuing refunds from the time we receive the returned items.
Fair Use
While we want all our customers to be satisfied, we reserve the right to limit or refuse returns from customers with a history of excessive returns.
